Shipping Terms

Packages are usually delivered within 1-2 days after receipt of payment with Swiss Post with order tracking option and delivery without signature.

The shipping costs include packaging fees and postage costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight and size of the package. We advise you to combine several articles within an order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, and the goods will be packed very well to avoid any damage during transport. The package is insured with Swiss Post for the transport route.

For pre-orders, the shipping time depends on our suppliers. We try to send all orders before the publication date so that they reach you by priority mail on the day of publication. However, we cannot guarantee arrival on the day of publication, as some of the products may arrive late.
