Shipping Terms

Packages are usually handed over to Swiss Post within 1-3 business days and delivered without a signature. If you prefer to receive a shipment by registered mail, additional costs will apply.

You can choose between A-Post and B-Post. Delivery time for A-Post is usually 1 business day and for B-Post 2-3 business days.

Shipping costs include packaging fees and postage. Your package is shipped at your own risk, with the goods being very well packaged to avoid as much damage as possible during transport. The package is insured with Swiss Post for the transport route.

For pre-orders, the shipping time depends on our suppliers. We try to ship all orders before the release date so that they arrive at your door with A-Post on the release day. However, we cannot guarantee arrival on the release day, as products may sometimes arrive late to us.
